Workflow: User Registration and Account Setup
The first step in using ImmutableQR is creating your account. This process establishes your user profile and prepares you for creating QR codes and managing content.
How to Register
- Navigate to the registration page and fill in your full name
- Enter a valid email address that you can access
- Create a strong password (minimum 6 characters)
- Optionally consent to communication and click "Register"
What Happens After Registration
- Your account is automatically created with a unique user ID
- You're automatically logged in and redirected to the dashboard
Workflow: Profile Creation and Management
Profiles help you organize your QR codes and content. Each profile can contain multiple entries and has its own unique QR code for easy sharing.
How to Create a Profile
- From the dashboard, click "Create New Profile"
- Enter a unique name for your profile (e.g., "Restaurant Menu", "Business Cards")
- Choose a color to represent your profile visually

- Normal Text: Plain text content that can be embedded directly in QR codes or served via URL
- PDF: PDF files that are served via secure URLs when QR codes are scanned
- URL Reroute: External URLs that redirect users to other websites when scanned
How to Add an Entry
- Select a profile from your dashboard
- Click "Add Entry" and choose the content type
- Enter a title and the actual content or URL
- Optionally enable encryption

QR codes are automatically generated for menus. Entries inside a profile are individually identified by their own QR codes.
